Team KGF believed their film has a universal appeal, thus it can reach to all kinds of audiences, and released their film simultaneously in other languages. Which opened the gates to the other film Industry to show their interest in releasing their film in Kannada dubbed versions. Just when Rajinikanth’s Peta and Ram Charan’s Vinaya Vidheya Rama is speculated to release in Kannada. Now Oru Adaar Love also joins that list by releasing it in Kannada as Kirik Love Story.

We all remember Priya Prakash Varrier, who went viral in February after the release of song Manikya Malaraya Poovi from the film Oru Adaar Love. She became the national winking sensation an overnight with just a song with her iconic wink. She also topped in Google’s top searched personalities in 2018 from India.

Oru Adaar Love is a romantic comedy film directed by Omar Lulu. The film narrates the romantic tale of two high school students in Kerala. Shaan Rahman has scored the music for the film and has Sinu Sidharth’s Cinematography. Since the film gained the national wide attention due to a Priya Varrier clip, this led to changes in the script and delayed its theatrical release.

The original script was emphasized on Noorin Shereef’s character. But Omar had to change the storyline as per producer’s request, now the story is entirely prioritized on Priya and Roshan Abdul Rahoof.

It’s Kirik Love Story in Kannada, and Lovers Day in Telugu, the film is simultaneously releasing in all the three languages on February 14th. Upendra’s I Love U and Yograj Bhat’s Panchatantra are also slated as the Valentine’s Day Release.

Only time as to answer, whether the Kannada audience prefer to watch Kirik Love Story over these two straight Kannada release.
