“Nathicharami – Firstly, it is refreshing to watch a film that so clearly belongs to 2018 -19. Be it the content, relationships, complexities or setting, this is one of the most modern films I have seen. Shruthi Hariharan as the young widow is controlled and nuanced. Sanchari Vijay, as the bright and ambitious man who is blind to his wife’s sensibilities, puts in a real and layered performance.

The performance of the entire cast is highly competent. Bindumalini’s music, the sets, costumes, writing, cinematography, editing, are all part of an integral whole and the director’s stamp can be clearly seen in everything. This deliberately paced film moves like an alaap and towards the end, purposely slows down to let you soak in every detail.

This is a must watch film for Kannada and non-Kannada audiences alike. Its story and appeal are universal. If you are willing to look at a work of art beyond boxes like good/bad or moral/immoral and see it as a reflection of our own complex modern life, Nathicharami is definitely not a movie to be missed. My congratulations to the whole team and hats off to Manso Re.”

With all such huge praises pouring in from Critics, Audience and Sandalwood, we wish and pray that Nathicharami witnesses more and more success.
