KGF (Kolar Gold Fields) is an upcoming pentangual movie written and directed by Prashanth Neel under Hombale Films banner and the film is Produced by Vijay Kiragandur.

It stars Yash and Srinidhi Shetty in the lead roles. The shooting of this film was completed on August 15th. The film is scheduled to release on 21st December 2018 in 5 languages Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam.

Recently the team held a press conference and they revealed that the association which had with AA films and Excel Entertainment of Anil Thandani and Farhan Akhtar got bigger and better.

Coming to the point, whole India was surprised when Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions backed Baahubali 1st part in Hindi belts and it did wonders at the Indian box office. Post that, Baahubali-Conclusion became the highest *Nett* Grosser in the history of Indian cinema.

Baahubali duology gave confidence to Telugu industry’s producers to be honest to all the indian movie industries to work on big projects by saying “A Good movie doesn’t need language”. Any movie can have a Pan India release with strong content.

In  2018, Kannada film industry’s most anticipated Prashanth Neel’s directorial KGF Team have the similar confidence to open the new era for KFI. We all know that the power of team behind camera has immense strength to take our industry’s one of bug budget quality movie to next level.

The captain of the Ship Prashanth Neel’s debut Ugaramm was praised by everyone when it was released in 2014. And, He became the talk of the town. It also revived the career of Srii Murali and Ugaramm became one of the biggest hits of that calendar year.

Prashanth Neel also introduced the goosebumps specialist Ravi Basrur in Ugaramm and we all know how good he is in scoring the background music. His recent hits were absolute brilliant and KGF’s Teaser also gave us a heads-up that we have to get ready for an Chart-buster Music Album+BGM.

How can we forget about Bhuvan Gowda the man behind the camera. He is well known for his camera work in the industry. His photoshoots and camera work are too good.

With all these leads behind the camera, Yash will be portraying the role of Rocky from 1970s and 1980s Era. His glimpse from the Teaser was an absolute treat to watch.
